About C.A.L.L.S
Built for the people the system forgot.
C.A.L.L.S exists because house calls did not die because patients stopped wanting them. They died because the economics of the clinic made them irrational for doctors. We rebuilt the economics. Then we built the platform.
Why we built it
The clinic model was never designed around patients. It was designed around throughput. A GP sees 25 patients a day at 10 minutes each because that is the only way the economics work. The patient gets one problem addressed, feels rushed, and leaves with half their questions unanswered. The doctor goes home exhausted, knowing they did not have enough time to actually help anyone properly.
House calls used to be different. A doctor came to you. They had time. They saw your home, your medications, your family. They practiced real medicine. That model did not fail because it was bad. It failed because the fee schedule made it financially impossible.
C.A.L.L.S rebuilds that model with a platform that makes home visits economically rational again — for doctors and patients both. Doctors set their own rates, work their own hours, and earn more in a half day than a full day at the clinic. Patients get 30 real minutes, a doctor at their door, and payment that does not move until the visit is done.
The name
We asked people what they wanted to feel when a doctor walked through their door. They said: cared for, at ease, looked after, like they mattered to someone finally, and secure.
C.A.L.L.S. Every letter stands for something. Every letter stands for someone who needed a doctor and deserved better than the system gave them.
How we protect everyone
Every GP on C.A.L.L.S has verified AHPRA registration, current indemnity insurance, and a valid Medicare provider number. Credentials are checked automatically on signup and monitored continuously. A lapsed registration suspends the account immediately — no human required.
Every payment is held in trust for 72 hours after a visit. Patient confirms the doctor arrived. Patient confirms the doctor left. Visit duration is logged. If anything is not right there is a window to raise it before a single dollar moves. That is not just a payment mechanic. That is a values statement.
"Like we mattered to someone finally. That is what someone said when I asked what they wanted to feel when a doctor walked through their door. That sentence is what C.A.L.L.S is built on."

What we stand for
Doctors deserve autonomy
A GP on C.A.L.L.S sets their own rate, chooses their own suburbs, works their own hours. The platform works for them — not the other way around.
Patients deserve time
30 minutes is the minimum. Not because it is convenient for us — because it is the minimum required to practice medicine properly.
Trust is built into the structure
Payment in trust. Visit verification. Credential monitoring. These are not features. They are the foundation.
No one takes a cut of your care
C.A.L.L.S charges doctors a flat membership. We never touch what passes between a doctor and their patient. That money is theirs.
