For GPs
Run your own GP home visit practice
Set your own fee. Choose your own hours. Keep 100 percent of every visit. And be part of a better healthcare system for Australia.
Join C.A.L.L.SHow to get startedThis is not a rostered job. You are an independent practitioner running your own practice, and C.A.L.L.S supplies the platform: bookings, patient communication, verification and weekly payment. Income and bookings are not guaranteed.
The freedom to practise your way
Your fee
You set the fee for every visit and keep 100 percent of it. There is no commission, only a flat monthly membership (pricing). Clinic contractors, by comparison, typically pay a service fee, with William Buck using 35 percent in its worked examples.
Your hours
You choose your suburbs and your availability, with no minimum sessions and no roster. Start with a few visits a week alongside your current work if you like (how it works).
Your time with patients
Every visit is booked as a 30-minute slot (how it works). The RACGP reports an average of 19.7 minutes per patient across Australian general practice.
A better healthcare system
About 1.5 million Australians did not see a GP when needed due to cost, and the AIHW found half of older Australians' falls hospitalisations happen in the home. Home visits reach patients who find a clinic hard to get to.
See the evidence for demand
Private home visits already exist in Australia. Perth Home GP is a privately billed mobile GP practice in Perth, founded in 2020, that offers daytime and after-hours home visits and publishes its fees. It also lists GP partnerships. We have not found published figures for how many patients use it, so we do not quote one. These pages set out the wider evidence, and none of it guarantees bookings or income:
- Patient demand for daytime GP home visits
- The Australian GP home visit market
- Why daytime GP home visits are uncovered
- What patients pay for GP home visits
- Elderly patients and GP home visits

Choose your city
We are recruiting GPs for the capital city CBDs and inner suburbs first. Pick your city to register your interest. More cities and suburbs go live every day.
What you need
Current registration with AHPRA, a Medicare provider number and indemnity insurance that covers your practice. C.A.L.L.S verifies all three before your profile goes live (how it works). Home visits are claimable under Medicare attendance items such as MBS item 37.
