1. Who we are
C.A.L.L.S is operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321), registered in Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us at legal@callshealth.com.au.
2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide when signing up including your name, email address, phone number, and password. For GPs we also collect AHPRA registration number, indemnity insurance provider, Medicare provider number, specialty, and suburb. For patients we collect address details used for booking. We collect payment information processed securely through Stripe. For home visit bookings we temporarily collect GP GPS location data during transit. We collect usage data including pages visited and actions taken on the platform.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve the C.A.L.L.S platform, verify GP credentials, process payments, send automated visit communications, display GP profiles to patients, and contact you about your account or membership. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. GPS and location data
GPS location data is collected from GPs only during active transit to a confirmed patient booking and is shared with that patient only for the purpose of real-time arrival tracking. Location data is not stored after the visit is complete and is never used for advertising or shared with any third party.
5. Clinical and health information
Visit notes and clinical records created through the platform are stored securely and accessible only to the treating GP and the patient. This information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act and applicable health privacy legislation. C.A.L.L.S does not use clinical data for any purpose other than providing the platform service to the patient and GP involved.
6. Who we share your information with
We share your information with Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, and Vercel for platform hosting. AHPRA registration details are verified against the AHPRA public register. All third party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law.
7. GP profile information
Information included in a GP's profile including their name, specialty, suburb, and patient reviews is displayed publicly on the platform. GPs are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information.
8. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we will delete your personal information within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law, such as for financial and clinical records.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights contact us at legal@callshealth.com.au.
10. Cookies
C.A.L.L.S uses essential cookies required for the platform to function including authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on C.A.L.L.S servers. Clinical data is encrypted at rest and in transit. All connections are encrypted.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of C.A.L.L.S after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
