1. About C.A.L.L.S
C.A.L.L.S is operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321), registered in Australia. C.A.L.L.S is a technology platform connecting patients with verified General Practitioners for home visit medical consultations. By using C.A.L.L.S you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use C.A.L.L.S
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. GPs confirm they hold current AHPRA registration, valid indemnity insurance, and a valid Medicare provider number. C.A.L.L.S reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms.
3. For patients
C.A.L.L.S provides a platform to help patients find and book verified GPs for home visits. While all GPs on the platform have verified credentials, C.A.L.L.S does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for clinical decisions made during a visit. In a medical emergency call 000. Payments are held in trust and released 72 hours after visit completion unless a dispute is raised.
4. For GPs
A one-time signup fee of A$199 applies to cover credential verification. Monthly membership begins the day after your first confirmed booking. By joining you confirm you hold current AHPRA registration, valid indemnity insurance, and a valid Medicare provider number. C.A.L.L.S does not take a commission on your visit fees. Your membership fee is the only payment to C.A.L.L.S.
5. Credential verification
All GPs on C.A.L.L.S undergo AHPRA registration verification, indemnity insurance review, and Medicare provider number validation before their profile goes live. C.A.L.L.S monitors credentials on an ongoing basis. A lapsed or suspended AHPRA registration results in automatic account suspension. It is the GP's responsibility to maintain current credentials at all times.
6. Memberships and billing
Membership tiers are billed monthly in AUD. Membership begins the day after your first confirmed booking and renews automatically. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. C.A.L.L.S does not offer refunds on membership fees except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Referral program
GPs receive a permanent discount on their monthly membership for each active referred GP on the platform. The discount applies while the referred GP remains active — defined as completing a minimum of 3 visits in any 60-day period. C.A.L.L.S reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Payments and escrow
Patient payments are held in trust at booking and released automatically 72 hours after visit completion unless a dispute is raised within that window. C.A.L.L.S is not responsible for disputes regarding clinical care. GP earnings are settled weekly every Tuesday. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
9. Visit verification
Patients are asked to confirm GP arrival and departure via the platform. Visit duration is logged automatically. This data is used for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and Medicare compliance records. Patients may initiate an early end to a visit. GPs may not mark a visit complete before the patient confirms departure.
10. GPS and location data
GPs share their live GPS location with the patient during transit to a confirmed booking. This data is used solely to provide real-time arrival tracking and is not stored beyond the visit. Location sharing activates only when the GP marks themselves as en route to a confirmed booking.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must not use C.A.L.L.S to misrepresent your qualifications or identity, offer services outside your scope of practice, harass or threaten other users, attempt to circumvent the payment or verification system, or scrape or copy platform data. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, C.A.L.L.S and Leah Justyce Art Gallery are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. C.A.L.L.S is a technology platform and does not practice medicine. Clinical responsibility rests entirely with the treating GP.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of C.A.L.L.S after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
