How C.A.L.L.S Onboarding Works for GPs: Verification, Plans and First Visit

Joining takes a short application and a verification check. Here is exactly what happens, in order, with links to the pages that state each term.

1. Apply and pay the signup fee

Complete the application with your AHPRA registration number, indemnity provider and Medicare provider details. A one-time 199 dollar signup fee covers credential verification (source: how it works).

2. Verification

C.A.L.L.S verifies AHPRA registration, indemnity insurance and Medicare provider number. Once verified, your profile goes live (source: how it works).

3. Set your suburbs, fee and availability

You choose where you work, what you charge and when you are available (source: how it works).

4. Choose a plan

Associate is 299 dollars with 2 suburb zones. Active is 599 dollars with 6 zones, priority matching and Medicare billing tools. Premium is 999 dollars with unlimited zones, featured placement, a patient panel and analytics. All plans keep 100 percent of visit revenue (source: pricing).

5. Your first booking starts your membership

You pay nothing ongoing until your first booking is confirmed (source: how it works).

6. Visit, document and get paid

Deliver a 30-minute visit and complete the required paperwork. Ask your patient to tick the confirmation box on their dashboard before you leave, so there is nothing to chase later. Payment is released once both are done, and weekly settlement lands every Tuesday (source: how it works).
